Semaglutide is an injectible medicine for adults with obesity (BMI of 30 or greater) or overweight (BMI of 27 or greater) along with weight-related medical problems. It’s the first FDA-approved medicine for chronic weight management! It should be used with a reduced-calorie meal plan and an exercise regimen to help increase the weight loss and to keep the weight off.

We offer three packages for weight loss: Basic, Premium, and Elite. The Basic package includes weekly Semaglutide injections and provider check-ins. The Premium package includes weekly Semaglutide Injections, provider check-ins, and Lipo-C booster injections. The Elite package includes weekly Semaglutide Injections, weekly provider check-ins, twice monthly Lipo-C booster injections, and twice monthly Metabolism Turbocharge IV infusions.

All weight loss services are cash-based and cannot be submitted to insurance. Not every drug works for every patient, and individual responses may vary. When the maximal therapeutic effect is achieved, a plateau is reached and weight loss ceases. This does not mean the drug has stopped working, it just means that additional strategies will be required to achieve additional weight loss. When therapy is stopped, weight gain can be expected.
